Kalam inaugurates science fair February 24, 2013
Ghaziabad, Feb 24 Former president A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Saturday inaugurated a three-day science fair here and asked the children to contribute to nation building.

Kalam inspected the science exhibition and praised the efforts of the students.

He appreciated the organisers, District Science Board (Zila Vigyan Parishad) for their efforts to motivate the students towards science.

He asked the students to conserve energy so that it could be used for future use and help grow more trees.

The Ghaziabad District Authority (GDA) vice-chairman Santosh Yadav, District Magistrate S.V.S. Rang Rao and other district officials welcomed the former president by presenting bouquets.

"After seeing the former president, we are full of humanity. He seems us as the God has come on the earth," Yadav said.
