New Delhi, (DMA Newsdesk): Its is easy to miss this joint tucked between shops selling toys and accessories. Only the poorly lit neon sign flashing the name "New Shere Punjab Dhaba" is the proof of its existence.
Situated on the busy Kalkaji main road, this place is a heaven for the food lovers who like to dig their teeth into Kukkad (tandoori chicken).
Apart from its band of loyal customers, two men sitting at the counter, bellowing instruction on the microphone to the kitchen for takeaways greets yor eyes if you visit this eatery.
While home delivery makes up a large part of the eatery's revenue, several are content just waiting at the rudimentary tables for their orders to arrive.
The dishes which are quite hit with the customers include, tandoori chicken, chicken saagwala. So is the dal fry with melt-in mouth tandoori rotis.
Despite the maddening rush at dinner time, the 'bahadurs' are in no hurry to make you leave. Just take your time. Feel satiated!
