Rizwan case: H C orders CBI to register murder case, conduct fresh probe May 18, 2010
NEW DELHI: The Calcutta High Court on Tuesday ordered registration of murder case in the mysterious death of computer graphics teacher Rizwanur Rahman and directed the CBI to start investigations afresh.

The high court has given 4-month time to CBI to carry out the investigations. Seven accused are to be tried under charges of murder in the case.

The court has also quashed the abetment to suicide charges against Todis.
