INX News launches news website April 23, 2008
Chennai, April 23: INX News Ltd, which recently launched HDTV-ready English news channel NewsX on Tuesday announced the launch of its website - www.newsx.com.

"Developed by a special internal division of INX Network, NewsX.com will be a technically superior website with many user benefits," the company said here in a statement.

INX News Ltd and INX Media Ltd are part of the international INX Netwok. Besides the English channel, the company has also launched Hindi channels 9X and 9XM and a music entertainment channel.

The website will be Web 2.0-compliant, and will help users to choose their news.

NewsX.com has the advantage of self-customised news, the company said. "The website will function within a dynamic environment where news content is updated faster and more frequently than any other news website in the subcontinent", it claimed.

"Newsx.com will provide a unique experience to each user depending on his or her news preference," Vynsley Fernandes, chief operating officer of INX News, said.
